SHIPPING AND RETURNS
DURATION AND CHARGES
Pop Goes the Art’s ready to buy products are shipped within 1 to 2 business days upon order placement. The custom products are shipped based on each product’s processing time. Please check the product page to understand number of days a specific product will ship in. The exact delivery time vary according to the shipping address. Please allow us 1-2 working days for products within Mumbai/Maharashtra, 3-4 working days for Metro Cities and 8-10 working days for Non – Metros and Remote Locations. A confirmation email with the tracking details will be sent upon dispatching the order, the same could be used to track the order on our delivery partner’s website. Pop Goes the Art provides shipping Pan India at a flat rate of INR 250.
Pop Goes the Art also provides an option of next day delivery (for the ready to buy products) based on the product’s availability, shipping location, and delivery partner’s terms. However, the charges of the same shall be borne by the customer and the same shall be intimated upon order placement. The facility is not applicable under the COD option and would only be admissible for orders placed between 10am – 3pm on working days.
ADDRESS VERIFICATION AND SITUATIONAL DELAYS
The address and pin-code provided by you will be verified by Pop Goes the Art’s database before order placement of any kind. However, under circumstances where the address is not serviceable by our delivery partners, the customer would be asked to provide an alternate serviceable shipping address. Pop Goes the Art will not be deemed responsible for any dispute arising out of non – delivery / late – delivery on such ‘non-serviceable’ shipping addresses. If multiple orders are placed in one purchase session on the same shipping address, it is Pop Goes the Art’s discretion to ship the products individually, or as one shipment. Although, it is our constant endeavor to meet the delivery deadlines as mentioned above, Pop Goes The Art will not be held responsible for any delay caused due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances/events.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Pop Goes the Art’s customers can return or exchange a product by raising a request for the same on email@example.com. Once a return request is received, the product shall be shipped out by the customer within 7 working days. The following conditions should be complied with and noted to avail the return and exchange benefits.
Pop Goes the Art should be contacted within 48 hours upon product delivery to raise a return request.
The product and its original packaging, labels/tags and original bill/receipt should not be tampered with.
The product has to be unused
The return request will only be processed once the product has been received and tested for quality by Pop Goes the Art.
Product returns allow the customer to gain store credit which will be valid for 6 months from date of issue. Under no circumstances does Pop Goes the Art refund money. In a scenario where the exchanged product is from a different category than the returned product, any difference in the selling price will either be in returned as store credits or will have to be paid up front (no COD allowed) before dispatching the exchanged product.
Products bought in sale or promotion cannot be exchanged or returned.
DAMAGED, DEFECTED OR MISMATCHED PRODUCTS
Even though, all the products are quality tested before dispatching, in any unlikely scenario where the customer receives a damaged/defective product or a product which does not comply with the original order specification; the customer should contact Pop Goes the Art within 48 hours upon receiving the product. Pop Goes the Art may ask the customer to share pictures of the delivered product to authenticate and understand the nature of the complaint. If found eligible, the product shall be shipped by customer within 7 days. Refunds only in the form of store credits and with a validity of 6 months from the date of issue will be processed within 5 days upon receiving the returned product. Pop Goes the Art withholds the right to deny returns of damaged/defective or mismatched products if the complaint is found to be frivolous or baseless. Pop Goes the Art would provide telephonic assistance to pack such returns as per our standards; however, a strict due diligence before dispatching the product is expected from our customers, and they shall be solely responsible for any further damage/defect that might be caused during transit, in such instances and if found considerable, Pop Goes the Art reserves the right to reject refunds in any form. The cost of shipping the returns will be borne by the customer.
